Excellent with a new motor professionally built top to bottom! xxxx Summit 800. The crank was rebuilt professionally in Minneapolis. The crank was completely rebuilt and correctly installed with isoflex, is now perfect and built to last. One cylinder had some surface damage to the bore, so it was re nicked by US chrome, the other cylinder was perfect. topped off with new moly-coat pistons. these are the two ring pistons and seal better and last longer, resist wear and scuffing better than the factory single-ring. I've replaced the thermosender too.
xxxx miles on the chassis , so a pretty low mile chassis. about 50 miles on the motor is all. haven't taken it on a trip. this is the power-tek 800, much like the previous proven 800 but with better engine control including a knock sensor should you get into a bad-fuel situation. great motor! and significantly better than the xxxx 800R, which had issues when it first came out.

the excellent Rev chassis, easy to stand and control, (better for my old back) plus handles excellent on trails with the dual carbide skis or powder if you're lucky enough to have that. I've ridden the XP chassis and couldn't see much difference, plus this rev looks better and nosedives less in powder. parts for Rev are much cheaper also. imo xxxx was the best year until you get to the etec motor sleds. everything on the chassis checks out, great track with no missing lugs, good hifax, i did upgrade the handwarmers to the polly type, they are self-contained so more durable and are insulated from the bar which means they heat quicker and are warmer.
Powder or Trails, the rails on this sled tip up just a little at the back which makes it handle and turn better on the trails. it actually turns really well for a 151 and is fun on the trails! the track is a 16" wide, which gives you 150 square inches more track (of course a little less than half is on the ground) but it's an effecive way to get more track area without making the track longer. what that means is that it has the same area as about a 159" but still turns well.
the paint is real good, the right side decal is slightly scuffed but still looks good. way better than most mountain sleds.
So. Great year summit, great running fresh motor, great track, rider foreward design, great handwarmers, reverse, altitude compensator, dual carbide skis, and the fantastic Rev chassis. what are you waiting for?
